Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Please see the shipping meter below to see an estimate:
Note that we are a small company and producing these marquees takes us some time, often up to 4-6 weeks or more depending on the number of orders processing. Every image and marquee is hand inspected both before and after production. Please plan accordingly and order with us only if you are comfortable with this waiting period.

(Marquees):
Q: What type of material is used to produce these marquees?
A: EMDKAY LLC, serving the arcade gaming community since 2002, proudly offers arcade and mame marquees digitally imaged onto authentic Kodak Duratrans, with an option to reverse-mount onto framing & museum grade Acrylite Plexiglass.
Duratrans is a strong, flexible material that provides whites that are truly white, blacks that are absolutely black, and colors that are unbelievably saturated. Duratrans illuminates beautifully with any type of rear lighting, and still looks amazing even without illumination.
Our Duratrans arcade marquees are also offered reverse-mounted onto 1/8" thick clear plexiglass/acrylic called Acrylite, for a perfect marquee finish, ready for display in your arcade cabinet or lightbox application. Acrylite is the highest quality, clear acrylic material available. It's currently used by museums for indoor and outdoor framing applications. Just choose one of the "Duratrans + Plexi" options and we'll permanently mount your marquee to this completely transparent material.

We do not sell inkjet/laserjet prints. Even the best inkjet/laserjet printer available will not create something as photo accurate, color saturated, or well backlit as digitally imaged Duratrans. Inquire with other places about the exact material and equipment they use. Chances are, they use an inkjet/laserjet.
Q: How does one pronounce EMDKAY?
A: Picture three initials up as a high score! MDK
Q: Do you reproduce CPOs (control panel overlays), bezels, or side art?
A: We only reproduce arcade marquees at this time.
Q: Are custom marquee sizes available?
A: Yes, the maximum size that can be ordered through our checkout system is 36" x 15.0". Contact us for a quote on creating marquees up to 72" x 50".
Q: I don't see the particular marquee that I'm interested in. Is it available?
A: We have hundreds of marquee images available. Please feel free to ask if you don't find it in our online store.
Q: The marquees don't appear in great quality on the website. I can see
jagged edges on the lettering of MAME in several images. Why is this?
A: The marquee images on the website are compressed for faster download
times, and are only a representation of the marquee that you will receive. Your actual marquee is produced from an extremely high quality file.
Q: Can you create out a marquee from an image file that I send to you?
A: Yes! It is recommended that your image be at least 150DPI, 300+DPI is ideal. The file should be in RGB format. We can use popular image file formats: PSD, PDF, AI, BMP, TIF, PNG, JPG, etc. If your file
doesn't exactly meet these requirements, feel free to send the file anyway
and we'll let you know what can be done. If you'd like to upload a file for marquee creation or consideration, please use the contact form below and we will provide you with details on how to get the file to us.
If you're certain that your artwork is high enough resolution for marquee creation, you can upload & place an order by visiting our Supply Your Own Artwork product page.
Q: I'm looking for a particular image to edit on my computer. Is the file available for download?
A: We have a library of thousands of arcade images consisting of marquees, side art, control panel overlays, control panel underlays, bezels, coin door decals, instruction cards, and stickers. Feel free to ask and we'll search for your desired image.
Q: I have an idea for a marquee I'd like created. Can you make a marquee
from scratch based on my ideas?
A: Yes. Let us know exactly what you'd like your marquee to look like
and we can create it! We offer very low rates and free quotes before any
work is done!
Q: I want to use marquee retainers. How can I ensure that they do not cover up my marquee artwork?
A: If the very top or very bottom of your image contains a part of the image that you do not want to be covered by marquee retainers, you can specify two sets of dimensions when ordering:
Material dimensions (actual size of the marquee material)
Viewable dimensions (smaller dimensions, after the marquee retainers are applied).
Q: I'd like to use a Happ's Marquee Retainer to hold my marquee in place,
but I'm not sure how to install the product. How is this done?
A: Happ's Marquee Retainers are very popular for mounting our marquees.

Q: How long should I expect my marquee to resist fading?
A: Under normal circumstances, out of direct sunlight and under Acrylite protection, EMDKAY marquees
are imaged on special material that should resist fading for
decades. Direct sunlight, however, will reduce this fade resistance.
Q: How do I clean a plexiglass or Acrylite marquee?
A: We recommend using our Novus Kit. See the product details for more information.

Q: Do you accept Bulk Orders?
A: Yes, bulk or quantity orders are always welcome! Free shipping and/or a free shipping upgrade is generally offered on bulk orders. Please contact us for details.
(Ordering/Shipping/Returns):
Q: Where is EMDKAY located?
A: Items ship from Madison, NJ but we do not have a retail storefront.
If you require delivery by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can provide an accurate delivery expectation. Rush processing is available at a premium.
Q: Which payment methods are accepted and how can I pay?
A: Regardless of the method you choose to pay with, please use our online checkout system. It is capable of handling orders online, as well as by phone or mail.
Online orders: Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, American Express, debit cards, and electronic checks are accepted online, securely through Paypal.
Phone orders: Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, American Express, and debit cards are accepted by phone, securely through Square. Please still use the online checkout system if you plan to pay by phone. Be sure to mention a good time for us to call you in the order notes area. This will allow us to call and retrieve your credit card information in order to complete your order.
Mail orders: Personal checks and money orders are accepted by mail. Products are not shipped until personal check or money order has cleared.

The actual product cost is always marked on customs documentation. We can not mark items as a gift as this is against our shipping license.

If you are not completely satisfied with your reproduction artwork for any reason, we will send a corrected, free replacement, or provide a full refund, including the original shipping costs. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will help to decide the best resolution. Please contact us to resolve any reproduction artwork issues.
Authentic artwork can not be returned, unless a different item was sent by mistake.
We are unable to provide returns or refunds on arcade cabinet kits or systems at this time. Arcade kits and systems are always shipped fully insured.
(Handling and Packaging):
At EMDKAY, your marquees are always treated with the utmost care and consideration, as we would want for our own arcade machines. Marquees are always handled with blue nitrile, powder free gloves to ensure factory-fresh presentation.
