Claims Guidelines + Photo Examples
DENIED: Photo does not include entire bunch.
DENIED: Product must be processed and worked prior to claims submission.
DENIED: Photo does not include entire bunch. Product must be culled (bad/droopy bits removed) prior to submission.
APPROVED: Photo includes entire bunch. (Approved photo example. This lisianthus is healthy.)
Requirements for
Claims Approval
- Good lighting
- Photos of the ENTIRE bunch
- Product has been worked/processed/culled
- Guard petals removed from roses
- Ranunculus wired to correct droopiness
Reasons for
Claims Denial

Poor lighting

Providing photos of only a few stems/blooms

Providing only close up photos

Product not processed

Improper handling/processing

Product not culled (guard petals removed from roses, bad spots removed, droopy/damaged greenery removed, droopy ranunculus wired, etc.)

Providing inaccurate event date

Not filing a claim within 24 hours

Not responding immediately to requests regarding your initial claim

No actual issue with the flowers
